Done with Chemo

This is the first time I have posted on this app. I just want to scream on the roof top my happiness.

My son Niko was diagnosed with cancer (leukemia) at the age of 3 after we were in a car accident.

Fast forward 3.5 long and tearful years, we are now finished with his chemotherapy treatments. Yesterday was his last treatment. I am so happy and thankful to the Lord for giving him another chance at life.

I am also thankful for the doctors and nurses that helped us thru this journey.

If anyone who reads this is going through a similar situation please know that there is hope. I can assure you that you have family’s prayers on your side.

A huge shout out to my husband and our daughter for always being a great support system for not only myself but for Niko. We couldn’t be happier. This journey has definitely brought us closer together as a family.

Sorry for the long post. Also not sure if this is the stuff one shares on this app. Just had to unleash some of this happiness or else I was going to explode ❤️
