Careless perosn with Coronavirus

So I live in apartments and the lady who lives right next to me has confirmed she has covid she let the manger of the complex know to tell everyone who lives here .

But she is super careless she is always outside her apartment using the Community water hose sweeping just standing outside of her house with NO MASK ON .

I get she gets bored inside but she isn’t using a mask when she’s outside her apartment this morning I woke to her standing on my door mat to my apartment she was watering my plants on my side of my apartment I got so mad she wasn’t wearing mask and standing on my door mat if I were to open the door she would be in my face .

I have a 7 month old baby and a 4 year old who I been quarantining they haven’t been to any stores or around anyone and here she is on my door mat .

I called the manager of the apartments to tell her and she said I wasn’t the first complaint someone else complained about her on there door step watering there plants as well there is a lot of children who live in these apartments and they are worried parents.

She said she called her and told her to not be on my steps watering my plants or near my door I have children who I don’t want sick the lady replied with I can just bleach my door if I’m so scared.

Mind u I do Lysol my door and I have a bucket of bleach to wash my shoes before coming inside my apartment but she shouldn’t be on anyone’s door steps at all period !!

If she continues to be on my door steps what should I do ??

Who can I call ?

I don’t want to talk to her face to face she never has a mask on and she only speaks Spanish I don’t know Spanish is there a number to call to complain about ?
