36 weeks breech baby

My midwife wants me to do an ECV since baby girl is still breech at 36 weeks. My husband and I are leaning toward declining this since it has to be done in the hospital (don’t want to go in because of COVID if I don’t have to) and we are worried about the risks and her having to come early at 37 weeks especially with COVID. Anyone have any experience with ECV, is it worth it? Also—no one on my mothers side has ever delivered vaginally sooooo not even sure its worth to try and turn the baby if I’m likely to have a c section anyway.
