Round ligament pain help
Whenever I get up from a sitting position that I been sitting in for more then 20 min I have the worst kinda pain. It starts in my pubic area but some times it’s in my legs. And I have a limp for about 3min. Does anyone have an advice on what to do for it. My doctor said try a bath with epsom salt. But is there any other methods I can try. Currently I’m working from home so I sit for some time I try to only sit for 30 min then move around it’s even worse if I’m in a chair and not on my couch or bed I’m 31 weeks 1 day. Any advice ladies??
