Blood test negative...

I took a blood pregnancy test yesterday and they called saying it was negative but the doctor had put in an order of prenatals at the pharmacy if I had wanted to pick them up.... and to test again in the next 7-10 days. Just confused as to why she would put in an order for prenatals can anyone maybe shed some light bc I’m confused lol
