Should I call early pregnancy unit?

Long story short... prior to having my twin boys I had a pregnancy of unknown location... similar to an ectopic apart from the pregnancy was never located even tho HCG levels were rising... I then had my boys who are now 20 months old and found out a few days ago I was pregnant again... 5 weeks 2 day’s according to my

Last period. I spoke to EPAU 2 days ago as with my pregnancy with my boys I had to attend for early scans because of the previous pregnancy and she said it was wise to be see again early this time to check everything so I have an appointment next Friday. Yesterday I started spotting which developed into heavier bleeding last night and has continued this morning with some quite large clots this morning. I’m now a bit confused as to what to do... do I wait for my appointment next Friday or call them again and update them that I’ve now have bleeding? I know they are all under so much more strain now due to

Corona virus and I don’t want to be an unnecessary pain to them! What would you do???
