Help I’m freaking out

Hi all. Would just love some advice I’m really scared. I know this is so irresponsible of my part and I know I should be on some type of birth control but it was all so unexpected.

Last night my boyfriend and I had sex it was unprotected and I’m not on birth control. I know I should have been more responsible😫 but it was so unexpected. I was ontop for 2 minutes and he ejaculated.

He told me he was going to bust and I can’t really remember everything that happened. I just freaked out and my mind went blank. Next thing I know he ejaculated on his stomach. I’m just worried that he pulled out too late or that some went inside of me. He told me that he didn’t bust in me and that he pulled out in time. But I’m scared, I took plan B last night too Incase but I’ve taken this stuff like 2-4 months ago and I’m worried it won’t be effective if he came inside of me.
