That doesn't even look like a human yet. The embryo doesn't have formed genetalia. 
You can wait until the 20 week anatomy scan or get the blood test which starts st I believe 8 or 9 weeks.

I’m guessing girl based on placenta/chorionic villi location! Did you find out the gender?

Okay ladies thank you for responding.. Actually I asked you cos I thought I'm 9weeks and can tell which is is the baby located right or left  but in my latest ultrasound the OB told me the fetal age is 7weeks but I remember my last ultrasound I was also 7weeks so I'm just scared If it's really developing though she told me all are fine
