High blood pressure (?)

Hi first time mom here... Umm i had a pretty ruff/stressful day today with a lot of family drama going on. I had high blood pressure before the pregnancy but it leveled out when I got pregnant but today I didn't feel quite right so I decided to check my blood pressure. I'm not sure if this is something to worry about while pregnant. I took my blood pressure 2 different times to see if it was correct and also my feet are swelling a bit today when they never had before. Is this normal? My first bp was 161/100 and my second was 146/99.
