Foods?

Question

My Dr. says my baby has great head control & is a supported sitter. 
So she can eat rice cereal & certain foods by spoon. I tried it and she seemed so confused lol anyone else get the green light?

we did! 🤗 gave him some mushed up sweet potato after our appointment actually.. but i just mushed it between my fingers & had him suck it off 🤷🏻‍♀️ he really didnt eat much tho, doctor said just for taste & texture

Yup she is 4 months and a week and she has tried butternut squash and likes it and baby oatmeal and thinks it's okay tomorrow she tries pears.

We got the green light last week and carrots are his favorite so far. He hated the rice cereal.

my baby took too it before his four month appointment 🤷🏻‍♀️ he would get super pissed off whenever he saw me eating so iv just been giving him a little of whatever i eat to try. The doc just said no spices and to space out trying new foods every few days. He loved bananas, avocados and sweet potatoes!
