Why is my body doing this?😥

I've never missed a period this is messing with my head and my grandmother keeps saying someone is pregnant. Took a test BFN but I have sore break Lower back and pelvic pain and no sign of a period. Anyone with a story of hope because GLOW says I'm 18 days late. So confused...
