Hey ladies help me out amniotic fluid or just discharge

So last night was pretty rough lots of cramping thought I was leaking amniotic fluid and also did some research ! Because on my pad I have pale yellow discharge and good amount as well which I just thought was normal but it said that I could possibly be leak amniotic fluid ..A lot of people will think infection but I’ve been treated already for Yeast infection and also a uti and I didn’t pee prior to this I’m not the taking pictures type but what do you ladies think is best to do?
