Teeth help. 3 year old.

So idk it’s kinda weird, I brush his teeth 2 times a day and I’ve never noticed it until today. I’m thinking it’s because he slept with his mouth open so his teeth are dry? Idk. But anyways he has white on the bottom of his teeth. Anyone know what this is or could be? His teeth normally look white but today they look horrible. He’s sleeping in both pictures.
