CAN YOU GET PREGNANT WITHOUT PENETRATION ?

Look I don’t want no hate please. I was on birth control before all this happened but i had to get off bc i had really bad after affects. Anyways are the chances high of getting pregnant if a guy fingers you 10 minutes after he jerks off ( with only the chance he possibly had came on his fingers ) I’m guessing he came or I’m probably thinking the worst. This happened yesterday and I’m freaking out. My cycles are pretty regular and it says I ovulate in 4/5 days. Should i be fine ? I can’t access to get a plan b either because of the whole virus. but please no hates.
