Weight loss ideas?
hi all! before i start, i wanna make it clear that i’m perfectly happy with my body and i i know looks aren’t everything.
anyway, i’ve gained about 12 pounds since last december and while i’m in not overweight or unhealthy, i want to shed some of the pounds i’ve gained. some of my clothes are beginning to get tight and i don’t want to have to buy loads of new clothes when this all over. plus, i wouldn’t mind going back to my previous weight. does anyone have any good home workouts, tips or recipes they care to share with me?
