Gift for newly expecting first time mom?

One of my friends just found out she is expecting her first baby. She is super early, but also had a miscarriage last month. I’d like to get her something, but not sure what. I will get her a nice gift later on for her baby shower too. What is something that is small/special that I could get her now?

I’m debating between just a simple sweet unisex onesie, a little pack of diapers (better stock up now sort of thing), or something especially for her. Something that she can use while pregnant.

I recommended sea-bands to her and she bought them...it would have been a good little gift.
