Please Help!!!

Can someone please tell me what this is ? Since 36 weeks I have been itching all over my body(thighs, arms, hands) it’s just been red bumps that pop up then disappear. If I scratch it starts to itch more. But on my feet everytime I scratch it white patches form.. its irritating. Like my skin is peeling.
