Are they constant or just zings when you turn the wrong way.  If they’re constant aching on your sides it could be your ovaries - the one that released the egg swells to produce progesterone (Corpus Luteum).  I have pressure & aches on both sides & I’m 8 weeks

I’m 7 weeks and have been feeling them every so often. Usually when I turn a weird way or something but no. It’s not too early.
