Is this normal?..(graphic)

Yesterday I had my 35 week appointment..(I'm 35+4 days) The doctor decided to check how dilated I am which she said 2-3 centi.. but immediately I started too bleed moderately to heavy and she said it could just be my cervix which is creating alot more blood than usual... but as she couldn't see where the bleeding came from she told me to go directly to the hospital to get monitored and see if I was having contractions since I haven't been noticing them. In the hospital they said everything seems to be normal and I was discharged but Today whenever I go to the bathroom to pee and wipe this has been coming out..

What could this be and is it normal??

What do you girls think 😓

(I haven't felt any contractions, I just feel a little pain from hips down since last seen yesterday)
