Bad pain when having sex

Really need some help, gunna b str8 to the point. I have herpes, an IUD & I just got over having chlamydia, and have been fine for like a week. (Just in case these could b a factor)

The past two day’s I’ve had pain while having sex, really bad the second day. Where when my bf would go “all the way in” while doing it it was just so painful like my lower left abdomen. The pain hurt really bad even after sex and here I am the next day and it hurts when I walk, push/put pressure when using the bathroom. Not severe pain but enough it’s reallllly bothering me. Does anyone know what could this be or what could of happened? I was totally fine then this pain started .
