Eggplant Parmesan
There’s a restaurant in Cobb county, Georgia that serves eggplant Parmesan and moms swear that it induces labor. 🤷🏻♀️ I happen to live close and it’s a fun tradition to go and eat a plate closer to due date, but it’s never put me in labor. They’ve released the recipe online and just for kicks tonight, I decided to try to make it, and goodness gracious it’s sooo gooood. Anyone else heard of this or tried it?
