back acne

i’ve had bad back acne for 5 years and i’ve tried dermatologist stuff, essential oils, baby detergent, you name it and nothings worked. any suggestions?

I have the same problem and everything I've tried doesn't work but i normally leave it alone and it's been getting better

I had this too! Once I started eating better and things that would help “detox” me it all started going away and is now gone!
