I get cramps when I run even though I’m not on my period
Two out of three times when I run my stomach suddenly starts hurting after about 10 minutes and it feels like REALLY REALLY bad period cramps. I can’t continue running because my back and my stomach hurts and all I can do is just lay down for a while. It seems really weird since I’m not even on my period when it happens. I know it’s not just the regular running after eating cramps either because it feels exactly like period cramps. I asked a doctor and she said I’m pushing myself too much, but that is highly unlikely since I’ve been pretty active my entire life and running a 10 min mile shouldn’t be a problem. Does anyone know what this is or has anyone felt this?
