Chronic migraines

I’ve been getting migraines since I was 3 years old, I can remember curling up in a ball on the couch as a small child clutching my head and screaming in pain, pain that was so bad it would make me throw up. I’m now 30 years old and still haven’t outgrown it. My mom had taken me to plenty of doctors appointments, brain scans, blood tests etc. When I was a child and nothing out of the ordinary ever came up. It’s a hard thing to live with and definitely takes a toll on your every day life. I’m just wondering if anyone else suffers from migraines and if so how do you cope? My head has been pounding for 2 weeks straight and I just want to feel normal again. I’d go see my doctor but with Covid 19 I’d really like to avoid the doctors office. Plus he will likely tell me there’s nothing they can do to help. I’d love to get some ideas on what I can do differently or what I should try to avoid in order to not get a migraine. So any migraine sufferers here tell me your secrets to a better migraine free life.
