What is this?? (CM warning)

Okay I know everyone hates these type of posts but I’ve only had one kid and truly don’t even know what’s going on.

I’m 5 months postpartum and I haven’t gotten a period yet. I’ve taken test and they’ve said negative but the last one I took was 3-4 weeks ago. I was supposed to start progesterone per my doctor to start my period but I honestly forgot to take it so I haven’t. And now today... I’ve had this. Period? Or could this be implantation crap?? 😣 (before everyone comes for me!! Yes, we use protection. I tried to get the IUD but my vaginal walls were too “tensed” and she couldn’t insert it. Then corona happened.)

And yes I will retest but I just wanted opinions If anyone has gone so long after postpartum with no period then this happening.
