It hurts

So please don’t judge me, it’s a TIFU moment, but it happened 2 nights ago. Anyway I have been seeing this guy for 4 months now and we have never had sex so please don’t say STI , I was checked before and during this relationship. Any how, it was the last day of my period, I had a tampon in.. admittedly it was too absorbent for the flow but I didn’t have a regular one. We were fooling around and he was rubbing me out from on top of my pants.. he’s really rough, I usually end up sore after he fingers me but not like this. Long story short I go home that night and pull out my tampon which was pretty much almost dry and hurt a bit to take out.. stupid mistake. Now my vagina is really sore, I don’t know if it’s from the rubbing or from pulling out a dry tampon.. it’s getting better like less sore everyday but when I pee and only when I per does it start to hurt really bad.. I felt down there and part of it feels raw and it’s tender. I don’t know if it’s just swollen and sore or if I tore something a little bit. Either way when my pee touches it, it hurts.

I hope it goes away within the next few days, it’s really annoying me now.
