Switching car seats

Have you mamas switched your babies

car seat yet? We are still using our carrier seat. She will be 7 months old May 25th. And as of today, weighs 15 pounds, 4 1/2 ounces. I have a Graco 4Ever that can accommodate weight from 4-120 pounds. I of course would leave her rear facing. Just curious if anyone has changed seats yet.
