1 nap??

Hey everyone!! So we still do two naps. She wakes at 6:45. Naps 10:00-11:30 then naps again 3-4. She goes to bed at 8:00. This has been working very well for us until recently. She’s been taking awhile to fall asleep for bed. I like to keep her bedtime before 8:00 so I can have some me time because I take care of her all day by myself. 
Anyone else still on two naps? 
People on one nap.... what is your schedule like? I’m kinda curious what time you would serve lunch with the one nap. Thanks!!

This is what my LO was doing right before we permanently switched. Right now our schedule is 
730 wake up
8-30 breakfast 
10 snack
11 nap
1230-1 wake up
1 lunch
3 snack
5 dinner
630 bedtime

We were able to shift to one nap about a month ago when I was working from home everyday. He wakes up 6:30 was napping 10:30/11 for maybe 1-1.5 hours then again about 1:30-2 for 45 min-1 hr then 630 bedtime. Now we still get yup 6:30. 3hour nap for the first time ever from 12-3 or 1230-330 and we’ve been able to push bedtime to 7:30.

we are the same nap schedule! i don’t think my LO is ready for 1 nap yet.

We are on one nap and I LOVE it lol We adjust out schedule by what time she wakes she has she is up between 7:30/8:30 Her first wake window is 5 hours and she is in bed by 8 every night. 
wakes 7:30/8:30
Breakfast  8:00/9:00
Lunch 12:00/1:00
Nap 12:30/1:30
wakes 2-3
dinner 6:30
bed 8:00

We still do two naps (most days). For a while we did one, but she was overtired. 
My daughter naps around 9:30 for about an hour and 10 minutes.
Then I lay her down again around 2:00. If she took a good nap, she might not nap again. I still give her 30 minutes or crib time. Usually when she does nap, it’s 30 minutes or so. 
Sometimes her first nap will be like 40 minutes long, and then followed by her shorter nap at 2:00. 
A couple of times she napped an hour for both. We are still at the stage where i definitely ne d to offer two naps though.

One nap since she was 8 months, happened on her own- the second wasn’t happening so we just kept her up til bedtime at 7.

730-8 wake up
830 breakfast 
Play
1030 snack 
Play/ go for walk
12 lunch
Nap until whenever she wakes 2ish? 
Bedtime routine 715- bath book bottle brush teeth then asleep by 8? 
This has been working well since we’ve all been home- but when I go back to work in 2 weeks the bf is watching her - who knows if he will keep her schedule he’s a fly by the seat of his pants type 🙄

We are down to 1 nap. 
He wakes between half 6 and 7
Breakfast at 7.30
Then we split his lunch so at 11.30 he has a sandwich and some crisps or something like that.
He has a nap 12-2 normally 
Then he has his pudding (fruit and a yogurt) normally at 2.30
Tea at 5.30 and bed just gone 7.

We switched to one nap around 12 months. Our schedule is super loose for the most part...she wakes up around 7:30 (sometimes before sometimes after), and we have breakfast around 8:30 or 9. She’ll have a light snack around 10/10:30, and then have lunch around noon. Nap/crib time is from 1-3. 
I personally like having her nap from 1-3 because then the majority of the day has passed and once she wakes up it feels like only a short amount of time until bedtime 😅 sometimes she’ll get a little tired/fussy around 11am, but we do a few minutes of snuggling on the couch and then shes off to play again lol.  It’s what works for us!
