Pelvic tilts for PGP!
I just wanted to share this because it was like magic for me. I have severe pelvic girdle pain and a pulled groin and can hardly get around. I keep reading that Tylenol heat and ice and baths and pelvic tilts can help. Tried everything except the pelvic tilts cause frankly I didn’t think I could due to the pain. I just gave it a shot laying in bed I did about 10 holding only for a few seconds each and it sounded so awful. The cracks and the grinding was so loud and intense it was insane. I went to get up to go pee and usually have to bare my weight on something and roll off the bed and slowly stand up, but I was shocked that I was able to just sit up and stand out of bed. I walked normally for the first time in over a month to the bathroom. I’m still in pain but I think I must’ve realigned something somehow idek. Definitely try pelvic tilts if you are suffering from PGP even if you don’t think you can do it, it is so worth the attempt!
