Pumping and dumping isn’t necessary. Alcohol filters out of your milk like it does your blood. The rule of thumb is safe to drive, save to nurse.

If you’re okay (after/while drinking) to find, pick up, and hold your baby, then you’re okay to give baby your milk. - stated by many LC’s
If you’re hammered, use it for a milk bath.
If you’re worried about it, you can distribute it in small amounts mixed it with larger amounts of milk produced when you aren’t drinking.
