Please help

My one nipple is very dark and is scabbing while the other is perfectly fine. Idk what’s going on. I took a pregnancy test (just to be on the safe side) it was negative (I had sex 2 months ago and got my period every month on time) I have dry skin on my body but never like this. Please leave any information below. My period is due in 4 days
