We have amazon prime (whatever the going rate is per year) that’s about it. 
Comcast for TV, internet and home security

I pay for my gym membership and my Netflix and Disney + and my apple music.

a lot lol. i have netflix, amazon prime, slowly got a bunch of magazine/newspaper subscriptions, applecare, humblebundle, apple arcade, spotify, apple music, apple news, vpns, etc.

I pay nothing.  Dont have a job but hubby pay for Netflix if that counts.  We have no other membership on anything.
