Need some advice

I was in a relationship for 5 years(my first) and I have been single for 1 year and So I met this guy on Facebook, I have assured myself that we're the same age and I'm not being catfish, anyway we have been talking for like 4 days straight, in those 4 days we talked about a bit of our past relationships and got to know eachother like how many brothers he have or what would he like to go in the world if he could, goodmorning/goodnight text ect.. he asked when we could meet and hang out, I hold on a bit on meeting because I still wanted to get to know him but it's hard through text,so one day I decided to meet him and we met in a public area,placed some soccer,talked and listen to music,but what I'm worried is I want a long term relationship no short term or just for fun type of thing, I even told him this days ago but he started getting a bit touchy like he hugged me a lot,I told him were just friends for now that it's not right, he understood, but still hugged me more, but he also like moved my hair out of my face,pointed out some feature of mine such as my eyes and he gave me kisses on my cheek and forehead, he really wanted to kiss me like a peak but I told him no and so we didn't but he suggested again, what should I do or say to slow things down becuase I am interested in this guy and I want things to work please help
