When does your 4 month old go to bed? We are trying to get into a bed time routine and it is such a struggle. We aim for 9 but to be honest with covid and me being home and not at work it's very lax and our routine is kind of all over the place. I feel like such a horrible mom for not having a set in stone routine. I'm trying to get my daughters wake time during the day to be for longer periods of time and that's working great it's just the bed time... Some nights she goes down perfect and others she sits and screams until she wears herself out and falls asleep. I'm at a loss😭
