Has anyone taken anxiety medicine post partumn ? I’m 7 months and I get a lot of anxiety, I have never been one to take anything but I feel like it’s best and to not let it go untreated

Before I got pregnant I took buspirone for anxiety, it’s really mild and it worked for me better than anything else. But your doctor will know what’s best for you especially after having your baby, it all depends on if you breastfeed or any other medications you may be on. And be prepared for trial and error when it comes to finding the best option for you.
