Help please 😢

hello everyone mama here i took the time to write this text despite my situation i am FTM and my baby is 7 weeks old and don't sleep at night i stay awake all night she sleep only 6Am 7Am and even during the day if she sleeps only in me arm if i put her to bed she wakes up,she doesn't want bottles or a pacifier,oh i didn't know it was so hard😟i don't have time for me i wake up in the morning i don't even see how time goes by,and when she is awake she wants to be standing,another mama has the same case and how you do? please I need advise will help me
