Weird Uterus?

So my ultra sound Tech AND OB were both astonished when I had my Transvaginal ultrasound because my uterus curves so different. It’s curves back into my cervix. Has anyone else had this?

If your OB is “astonished” by this I might think about switching doctors.  This is very common.  I have a tilted uterus and my ultrasound tech said “it’s a term some man probably came up with because who says it has to be shaped a certain way 🤣”

Yeah I have a tilted uterus, no problems with it and I’m on 2nd pregnancy
