Femera/Letrozole success?

Hello ladies! I am just about to start my 3rd round of letrozole at 5mg days 5-9. Have any of you had success on this medication, and how many rounds did it take?

We did 3 rounds with trigger and was successful on the third round.

I did 3 rounds unsuccessfully 😞 also 3 rounds of chlomid. We are finally moving into IVF. No real explanations for the reasons, all my labs come back perfect.

I got pregnant on my second round but unfortunately miscarried. Post miscarriage I’m currently on my third round in my 2 week wait now 🙏🏼
