WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME????

My period is 5 days away and I never really start early, if anything, it’s a day or two late each month but I got up this morning to use the bathroom and a blood clot thing fell out of me??? It was the size of my thumb and it looked more like tissue??? Like a ball of pink and red fat. I’m not cramping, and I haven’t been bleeding since that happened. It just fell out this morning and now there is no blood or anything??? Also, no I’m not pregnant. I’m posting anonymously because this is weird 😂😂😬
