help :(

does anybody know what this could be??? i think it’s some sort of rash, it’s on my inner thigh close to my vag as u can see where the underwear ends. it’s itchy but mostly at night so i’m just very confused and concerned. any help would be appreciated

i also think it could be my stretch marks bc i have some there but idk bc it looks like a rash
