Brown blood concern

My OB is closed so I cannot call and ask. But randomly I’ll have a small cramp and the next day I’ll have some brown discharge. I feel baby move and also have a Doppler so I know the heartbeat is strong.

I’m known to have a super sensitive cervix and the doctor told me I may just be the type to bleed throughout my pregnancy. 🥺

Is anyone else having this?? It’s my second baby. With my first, I stopped bleeding around like 15 weeks.

I’m 16+5

It’s only when I wipe though. And maybe twice a day when I wipe.
