Adoption group?

Does anyone know if there is an adoption group? Not as an adoptee. I gave my daughter up for adoption a year ago and I’ve been having a hard time dealing with it. I just need some support on the matter. I’ve looked all over Facebook but the groups are for those adopting. 😭😭
