Gluten allergy?

Any babies that had a skin reaction to gluten? My son is on day 2 of weat porridge and has atopic skin, not sure if this flare up on his face can be related. Any thoughts?

My son has eczema and his face gets like this after he eats anything where the food sat on his face. It’s not a true food allergy in our case, more of a dermatitis/rash situation. We’re closely monitoring everything he eats so I’d be curious if you have issues with other foods too.
