Pill withdrawal pains?

Hello all

I’ve been on my pill for about a year and a bit. This last month I decided to give my body a break as I’m not isolating with my partner and therefore am not having the sex I’d need the protection for, this last month I feel such pressure and awful random cramps in my lower stomach. I’m not due for another seven days yet it feels like I’m already on. I also have PCOS but this doesn’t feel like that. Has anyone else had these feeling since going off the pill
