I’ll get wetness that’s clear white on tissue and on panty liner when i rise from bed or, stand for long.

Could just be an increase in cervical fluid but it can't hurt to get checked! In the very least it will put your mind at ease and stop you from feeling so anxious

Any amount. I had a very light trickle that never filled a pad, but it was still amniotic fluid. Get checked if you have any thought it might be fluid.
