Any amount of bleeding w/o cramping is fine?

Question

I am 8 weeks I started to spot from 6th week
Gone for ultrasound and everything is fine and also the blood report is good
 it was fine for the 2 weeks but yesterday and today I bleed a lot I have doctor appointment on Saturday
Should I panic about this or it's normal

Small amounts is fine as long as its not bright red but if its filling a pad you need to call your ob. Somewomen its normal but majority its not

Small amounts are fine, but definetly talk to a doctor about it next time. It might indicate something that has to be monitored. Eg, might have placenta previa or something. But I am not a doctor, so that was not a diagnose.
