RED LIPS AFTER SEX?!

Is it just me or does anyone else find that their lips trend to turn red after sex? (I’m talking about the lips that are apart of my mouth incase you were wondering). It doesn’t last for very long it’s only there as I’m climaxing and stays there a little bit. It’s even there when I get up to go check it’s still there then goes away after a couple of minutes. My questions are:

Is this normal?

How does it happen?
