How many times are you going pee per night?

I swear I go pee at least 5 times per night and once I go I feel like I have to go again right after.. is that normal? Or a sign of a bladder infection!

The feeling like you have to go right after is something normal for me. I usually sit a sec after I finish - maybe rock a little and bounce the baby on your bladder some - it helps me.

Usually once or twice but some days I go like 4 or 5 times. That’s usually when baby is super low and I can barely walk to begin with

I usually go right before bed around 11-12, 30 minutes later (after my last cup of water processes), around 2am and again around 4am or so. And then I get up at 7am.

Maybe your not getting your bladder fully emptied .. but i pee alot the morning is worse for me i end up getting up every 30 or 40 minutes like 5x then it isnt as bad through the rest of the day

It’s normal! Unless you have burning or other symptoms, it’s probably not a UTI. When we lay flat our body filters liquids much faster/better! Try to drink more during the day and less in the evening and see if that helps!

my urologist said with pregnancy it’s best to pee standing up in a cup so bladder fully empties. Then just pour the cup into the toilet bowl.

It is a sign that your pelvic floor starts to react to the pressure. It might get worse (e.g. a little fluid leaking after going to the toilet, peeing yourself) and maybe the feeling stays after birth. It is important to do some pelvic floor exercises, but no kegels, they are not up to modern standards and are known to worsen the symptoms of a weak pelvic floor.

If you go straight back again, is there still some left? And does the feeling disappear? If not, it could be a irritable Blatter. If so,  for me it helps to drink a lot so it’s less concentrated and take a couple of days where I try not to listen to every fake urge, only go when I think I really must pee (normally three hours in between, but now in third trimester I would say 1 or 2 hours in between or at least half an hour after you drink a substantial amount). The feeling disappeared in a couple of days for me. If it doesn’t help I would let it check for an infection.
