Bottles and nipples

I was very blessed to have a co-worker give me lots of baby stuff when she found out I was pregnant, some of which were bottles and nipples. I started going through the box today and these were inside, I see that the label says one time use only, but can they be reused? Do nipples have expiration dates?? There are lots of tommee tippee bottles and nipples as well, brand new, but I just wanted to double check on these before I threw them out or used them.
