So upset

So my husband and I welcomed a baby girl 3 weeks ago. In that whole time he refused to change diapers, clothes, and will not get up at night with her. I have to basically beg him at night after work to hold her so I can take a shower. I am so sad he is not being involved with her. He wanted a baby for so long before we had her so I did not think it would be like this. I have asked him to be more involved with her and he says that he is tired from work and it’s not his job. Apparently the only thing I am doing on maternity leave is watching her sleep🙄 we all know us moms do way more than that including keeping the house, cleaning and cooking all while juggling a newborn. He even told his parents and they confronted me about why I make him hold her at night so I can take a shower and that she is my job. I am so heartbroken and don’t know what to do.
